If you are selling property, We will eliminate the personal property on the estate. Upon completion you will have the real property ready to sell. (this is Jeff’s area of expertise). If you have a storage unit, You will have your storage unit cleaned out and ready to close up those rental fees. In other words, you sell all of the personal property to us, the rest is up to us to have it all removed. You are ready for your next step in life.
If we come and evaluate, we could conclude that you have great product which would sell at auction, then we will schedule that. We find out what your requirements are and proceed. Do you need a prep team, do you need transportation to venue, do you want an auction at the property? some variations can be had.

You may be surprised that we can offer only so much because you know originally it cost quite a bit of money, please, don’t take it personally, remember, your job is done! the rest is up to us!!! This is such a great process to eliminate all stress for you!!!
If you are going to sell the property once we have it cleaned out, we also have a fee for making the property look as clean as possible. Let us know and we will come up with a cost to you for having the real property ready to sell! We partner with Krenz Real Estate & Auctioneering agents which means we can probably come up with some type of bundling…it works so well.
